About Lowell J. Figur

Lowell is a graduate of Cornell University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Computer Systems.  His collegiate accomplishments included: Dean’s List, Cornell National Scholar and the Pathfinder Award.  His experience is a well-balanced combination of Real Estate Investment Banking for Lehman Brothers; sales, marketing and advertising for his own company, Campus Promotions; and commercial hotel brokerage and investment banking with Hodges Ward Elliott.  Lowell's move to Keller Williams gives him the opportunity to incorporate his experience and skill set with a higher level of personal involvement and service to his clients.

Areas of Specialization
Lowell specializes in the representation of both buyers and sellers of residential real estate and investment property within the Intown Market of Atlanta.

Special Interests
As a former college football player, sports and recreation play a major role in Lowell's life.  His is part of both a softball and volleyball team in a competitive league and enjoys such activities as golf, water and snow skiing.  Other interests include travel, art and technology.

Glen Clark

Glen is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. His collegiate accomplishments included: Dean’s List and EIT, as well as graduating with honors. He has many years experience in the real estate business and is the senior most buyer’s agent with Team Figur.

Glen specializes in working with buyers. His philosophy is, “I don’t sell you a house, I help you buy the home of your dreams.” His focus remains in the residential side of real estate, centered within the Intown Market of Atlanta.

Staying healthy and fit is important to Glen. He enjoys participating in sports as well as supporting them. Glen likes playing tennis and can regularly be found mountain biking, jogging and snow boarding as often as possible.

Craig Habif

Craig Habif was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, where he attended Wheeler High School and first began to develop his interest in the business world. Craig went on to continue his education at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Throughout his college career, Craig began exploring different business outlets and spent his summers working full-time jobs in either Georgia or North Carolina. After graduating from Tulane, Craig moved back to his hometown of Atlanta to begin his professional career. After working as a summer intern for a commercial real estate company, Craig decided to get his real estate license and immerse himself in the real estate profession.

Hilary Spencer, Closing Coordinator

Hilary has been in the real estate business as a closing coordinator, for 7 years and enjoys her work assisting in real estate transactions. Her days are spent as the "goto" person, handling all the administrative aspects of the contract. She is responsible for ensuring that all the details of a contract are met: proper execution, loan process, termite letter, scheduling of inspections and closing, etc. In Hilary's 7 years of closing coordination, she has developed wonderful relationships with closing attorney's, lenders, termite companies, home inspection companies and numerous real estate brokers throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Hilary's experience allows her to assist new agents, seasoned agents, teams and groups in the contract to closing process.
